Art critic, journalist, playwright, television commentator, TV director Oksana Troshchanovskaya graduated with honors from the Department of Сinema Studies of Ivan Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv State Institute of Theatrical Arts.
O.Troshchanovskaya worked at the leading Ukrainian TV channels: UT-1 (author and presenter of the programs "The Monitor", "The Family"), Inter (journalist of the program "PRO-UKRAINE"), ICTV (author and art director of the daily program "Kids Club of Ukraine"), TET (author and presenter of the program "Kiev’s Antiques"), TRC "Kyiv" (head of Film and Art Programs Department).
Oksana is the author and art director of the projects "Cinema Club", "Cinema Museum", "PRO-ART", author and presenter of the program "Non-stop Rendezvous." She is the scriptwriter of the films "The Bells" and "The Datings in China in 2000". She is also the scriptwriter and director of the film "The Star Crown". At STB TV channel: artistic director and author of 16 films of the movie project "Mosfilm. Unknown Version"; author of the films included in "My Truth" project: "Laima Vajkule", "Edward Lymonov", "Nikita Dzhyhurda ".
Multiple laureate and winner of international contests: "Golden Aphrodite" First Prize at Yalta International Festival and Diploma of the Third Euro-Asian teleforum (2000) for the video-film "The Bells"; Second Prize of IX-th Euro-Asian teleforum for the film "The Last Judgement" (2006).
Creative works of Oksana Troshchanovskaya include original articles on arts and essays about actors, directors, operators in periodicals of Ukraine.
Since April 2010 O.Troshchanovskaya is the head of Literary and Dramatic Department of Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theatre.
The wide worldview, creativity and artistic taste allows Oksana Troshchanovskaya not only to lead one of the most difficult areas of the Operetta Theater, but also to translate plays and to create screen video for performances («Welcome to Ukraine or Journey to Love", "The Gypsy Baron" by Johann Shtrauss, various gala concerts).
